Each part of the map has its own mood — somewhere to climb, somewhere to watch, somewhere to celebrate, and somewhere the cats keep entirely to themselves.
The heart of the Universe.
Our biggest space, filled with soft places to settle in, pink trees to explore, a giant Cat House to climb, and plenty of room to play, relax, or simply watch the cats go about their day. Take a toy from the play area, settle into a soft spot, or look through the glass into Kitten Castle next door.

A quieter corner of the Universe where you can observe our exotic cats, discover their tree-shaped climbing space, or settle at one of several tables with a book, laptop, or coffee.

A special world for our kittens, designed for play, discovery, climbing, and growing at their own pace. Visible from Pink Gardens, Kitten Castle has its own dedicated entrance and a more protected environment designed with the youngest cats in mind.

Cat Adventures
There's always something new to discover.
Our enrichment program gives curious cats new ways to climb, chase, sniff, solve, and explore — while giving guests a little more to discover, too. From activities and challenges to future adventures and experiences, the Pink Paws Universe is designed to keep growing.
A few small things that keep the cats comfortable and the Universe running smoothly. Your Cat Host will walk you through them when you arrive.
Weekend slots fill fastest, so reserving online is the surest way to get the time you want.
Please don't pick up or wake sleeping cats. Sit, relax, and let curiosity do the rest.
Pet softly, no tail or ear pulling. Our Cat Hosts are always nearby to help.
Little visitors under 12 need a grown-up buddy. That's one adult for every two kiddos.
Food and drinks can be enjoyed in both areas, with food and drink preparation taking place on the café side. Please keep plates and cups on the tables, and never share your food with the cats.
Sanitize hands when entering and leaving the lounge, and wear protective shoe covers before you go in.
Snap all the pictures you like — just keep the flash off.
Cats can retreat to the Cat Care Center any time. If a cat's napping in a cubby, let them dream.
