Our resident cats are carefully selected pedigree cats. Each cat has individual needs, preferences and boundaries — and our approach to care starts with getting to know every one of them.
A note from the founders
Why we built a Trust Center
Cat cafés are wonderful when they're done right — and worrying when they aren't. We've raised cats for years, and we know exactly what a stressed cat looks like. We'd never run a room that made one.
So instead of asking you to trust us, we decided to show you. Every page here describes a real policy we operate by, most of them stricter than local rules require. We update this section as we learn and grow, and our required permits, licenses and inspection information are available for guests to view in our café space.
If you ever see something in our lounge that doesn't match what you read here, tell us. That's not a complaint — that's help.
