A day in the life of our cleaning routine

Hourly, daily, weekly: how we keep the lounge sparkling without ever using anything unsafe for cats.

Every hour: litter scooped, surfaces wiped with a pet-safe, fragrance-free cleaner, toys rotated. Every day: full floor clean, blankets and beds laundered, food and water stations sanitized.

Weekly: deep clean of cat trees and cubbies, HEPA filter checks, and a welfare walk-through with our Cat Care Lead.

Clean spaces are healthy spaces — for cats and humans alike.
